South Bank Students’ Union, like every students’ union in the UK, is a democratic membership organisation run by students for students.

Transforming South Bank SU’s legal form

The SU is currently a registered unincorporated charity but is in the process of incorporating to become a company limited by guarantee. This process should be completed by August 2021 and the SU will operate within its current unincorporated entity until the process is completed.
