This Society is for LSBU Nursing students across all 4 fields of nursing: Adult, Children's, Mental Health and Learning Disability. No matter the year or level of study, this Society is for you!
We are the LSBU Nursing Society, aimed at all nursing students of London South Bank University.
The Nursing Society's aim is to provide a strong, holistic support network to help you during your training at LSBU. We are also here to help you gain new skills and have fun at university!!
Whether you’re a first, second or third year student, we offer:
Student-led learning and development – an opportunity for you to be more involved in student nursing life and tailor your learning
A chance to meet new people and build a network across different fields of nursing to gain perspective of what other branches do
Fun events such as picnics, parties, social mixers and themed nights (when we can!)
Peer support from all academic years
A chance to unwind in a post-placement debrief
Opportunities to grow your academic and practical skills in an area of your choice
Support building your nursing portfolio and job searching
Annual LSBU Nursing Conferences
Talks from guest speakers and lecturers
And last, but not least……FREE ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP WHILST WE ARE STUDYING ONLINE!!
