Chemical and Energy Engineering Society

Welcome to the Chemical and Energy Engineering Society

We are an academic society that seeks to enhance the studies of all those in our department

How you may ask?

Well, we seek to host a plethora of events that will support your studies these include:

  •  Institute Of Chemical Engineers events
  • Society Of Petrochemical engineers events
  • External Speakers
  • Work Placement support
  • Study Groups
  • Institute Of Pharmaceutical Engineers events
  • Internal Speakers
  • Visits To Career Fairs

On top of this as members of our society, you will be the ability to propose events we should host as well as vote on them. This is a part of our direct democratic structure as we believe all members of our society should be equal and our committee should act to execute the will of our members not the executive body.

So suppose you are tired maybe even from one of our wonderful events what else can we offer you well we offer social events including quiz nights and just like our academic wing social events can be voted on as well.

So your not a chemical engineering student and still want to join? That's great the more the merrier it would be insightful to discuss topics with you so we can both gain a deeper understanding so feel free to join and bless us with your presence.
